Kids & Art

I founded Kids & Art  www.kidsandart.org in 2008 after I was nominated as a Woman of the Year candidate for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. We teamed up children who were touched by cancer with bay area artists and together they created magical art which was later auctioned. In 2009 we raised $40,000 from the auction and I won the Woman of the Year title. 

Kids & Art hosts art workshops for cancer families all around the bay area, check us out on facebook and our website.

Caring.com needed to create a personality for their email blasts. Someone like Ask Amy. Their character, Helen needed to be wise and someone people would take seriously. I created few sketches to help narrow down on the personality Helen would imbibe.
